My specialties are sex therapy and treating sexual issues, navigating significant life changes, relationship challenges, sex or pornography compulsions, confusing sexual behaviors, sexual dysfunctions, ADHD, anxiety, addictive/compulsive behaviors, OCD, phobias, stress management, depression, dating issues, identity formation, ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, open or alternative relationship styles, kink lifestyles, infidelity, co-parenting, interracial relationships, and with survivors of sexual assault or intimate partner violence. As a sex therapist, I help people "uncomplicate" their sexual self, explore their desires, understand arousal and sexual drives, learn about their sexual beliefs, and so much more. I treat issues such as ED, out of control or compulsive sexual behavior, sexual anxieties, difficulties in sexual identities or interests, and relational sexual hang-ups such as frequency disparities, incorporating kinks, and increasing sexual fulfillment in the relationship. In addition to adults and couples, I work with teenagers for various challenges like navigating healthy relationships, bullying, exploring identity including gender and sexual identities, dating, coping with parental divorce, shyness, depression, peer challenges, self-esteem, and anxiety.

 

As a therapist, my greatest strength is acceptance and meeting you where you are at. It is your life, and YOU are the expert, yet I can help you work toward your most ideal self.
